Our Mission Statement and Values

Our mission statement here at FBC Thurmont is simple:

“Making followers of Jesus who love God, love others, serve the world.”

We believe that if we are engaged making followers of Jesus  who are doing these three things, God’s Kingdom will be advanced here within our four walls, in the homes of those in our community, and ultimately around the world.

We have nine values that guide how we do ministry:
